Creating New User

    CREATE USER 'newuser'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'password';

Give Permissions. I'm giving all the permissions here

    GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON * . * TO 'newuser'@'localhost';

Reload the privileges

    FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
